RETURNS
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include original packaging where applicable
- Not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse
- Be returned with proof of purchase or order number
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, customization, or other limitations specified on the product page.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
- Used or damaged items not caused by transit issues
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review the request and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
RETURN PROCESS
To request a return, please contact our customer support team through our Contact Us page before sending any items back.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once your return request is approved, return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow:
- 3–5 business days for return inspection after the item is received
- An additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If a refund has not appeared after 10 business days from approval, please contact your payment provider or bank first before contacting us.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We only offer exchanges for eligible items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or in cases where the customer receives the wrong size or variant, subject to stock availability.
If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and details of the issue.
If a replacement item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative item, store credit, or refund.
RESTOCKING FEE
We do not generally charge a restocking fee for standard returns.
However, we reserve the right to apply a reasonable restocking fee in cases involving:
- Returned items that are not in original condition
- Missing packaging or accessories
- Excessive wear, misuse, or damage not caused during shipping
- Repeated abusive return activity
Any applicable restocking fee will be communicated before the refund is processed.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must instead follow the return process outlined above.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other external factors outside our control may occasionally occur.
Byooh is not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.
